I love that 90% of the time, when deped announces that there are no classes...the sun comes out! Yehey!

I know what you mean! What's so sad is that the system has been this way since I was in grade school. :( I was waiting for an announcement from Ateneo this morning, and they didn't call off class, even if other universities did already (like UP). They called off classes at 1.30pm, when all of us were in school. And we're all stranded because of the rain since a lot of us commute. GAH.

i unfortunately have been waking up every hour the past year..check the time, bea and my phone and go to sleep. i have no idea why i'm that way.
