I did saw Anthony Bourdain's RP episode. It made me sad and excited--seeing Philippines from television in such manner made me miss my country even more, and excited to see how he reacts to all our native delicacies.
My family is from Cebu, you should taste it, its really tasty unlike the lechon in Manila. Actually it is widely available even in shopping malls-SM specifically. Suggestion: eat it with "puso" (rice wrapped in leaves??) yeah. haha!
I am glad he liked sinigang, lechon and bulalo. YUMMY!

I'm really not surprised with Anthony Bourdain's verdict that Lechon Cebu is the best. Must must must try! :D There's one branch near SM Cebu. It's a restaurant but I've never dined, just 'to go'. You can buy per kilo and even request them to pack and box the lechon for pasalubong/baon.
