I actually used to find it so offensive, seeing a dead animal -with head and all- spread in all its glory in the middle of the table. I saw the episode 2 times since it was aired back to back. I am glad that Tony Bourdain had a good experience and I am so glad he asked why Filipino cuisine doesnt get the same attention as our Asian neighbors. His reply was funny.."because Filipinos are too nice" LOL
