I'm still trying to recover from that 10day whirlwind F reunion schedule last week. What a blast. I thought I'd be a bit more relaxed this week but so much went on in Urban Zone and at home. I kinda miss those days I'd blog long entries with photos and all. But now even my photos are in disarray. I've got two iPhotos running in two computers. I ( Read more... )

1. Falling asleep with one eye open ... haha ... there are nights when I want to place toothpicks to keep my eyes open ... window-shutter-style ... to not fall asleep while breastfeeding :)

2. Last weekend I met a French girl who gave birth just weeks ahead of me. She quit breastfeeding because "she's not a martyr". I never thought of breastfeeding as martyrdom ... but rather ... it's natural, eco-friendly (no need to import huge quantities of industrial milk), and convenient (no need to sterilize and prepare bottles).

3. I still don't know where Member's Only is ... so I'm even more out-of-the-loop :o

Saw Pepper. He showed me his portrait. I love it. I hope the artist can still take commissions.

The club looks like fun. And lovely interiors. But I've just never been a club person. haha. I'm such a lola.

Hahaha nice!

Copycats are really bad. It also speaks of how our society has poorly evolved because it's very much tolerated. Another pet peeve of mine in the corporate world is how some people (and bosses) cut and paste documents, presentations, etc. and pass them off as theirs. I had a phase too when I felt so bad about my boss doing that to my work. But hey, at the end of the day I have the knowledge in my brain and the boss can't take that away from me. Time will come when a situation will expose you for who/what you are. You can't get away with everything forever.
