Windows 7 Beta 1
I downloaded the iso for Windows 7 Beta 1 from MS yesterday, and installed it in VirtualPC 2007 on my Shuttle box (since it has the most RAM in the house). Here's a screenshot of my desktop with Windows7 in the VPC window at its desktop.

Cheaper than dirt
I recall one evening this summer, filling up my car with regular gas at $2.999 per gallon (with a discount) and saying to myself "This will be the last time you ever get gas for under $3 a gallon again..." I've been *over* AZ and UT, but never on the ground there, so I don't count those two, but I have been to Canada and Mexico as well.

Why did they send her?
I met someone at the dog show, she was holding my left arm. But everyone was acting normal, so I tried to look nonchalant. We both said "I really love you." The Shriners loaned us cars. We raced up and down the sidewalk twenty thousand million times. -
Civic Duty
This afternoon, I left work around 4PM, went and picked up the Kritter, and we went to the local branch of the public library to vote. We only had to wait in line about 15 to 20 minutes, and it moved pretty well. Garden Veggies
This year, we planted a garden in the back yard, and although it's been a whip for the most part, I've enjoyed it. Unfortunately, I pretty much let it go latter half of the summer and now the only things that are really surviving are the bell pepper plants, and some of the tomato plants.
