mom's visit - opera and more

Not sure why my mom had never been to the opera before. She likes classical singing and likes theatre, so it seems like the perfect evening out for her. Rigoletto at the Royal Opera House was maybe the best performance I've been to, though probably not my favourite opera. The set and staging were fantastic. The box was a nice treat, too, though

I think you need someone to take you to your first opera, and no one ever has.
