Got to watch Between Two Fires tonight. It's the first SG-1 ep SyFail has shown in the normal slot since September. So that was very pleasing, especially since it's such a great Jack/Daniel episode ( Read more... )

My theory is the reason SyFy does that is to make us so desperate to see anything stargate-y, that we will leave the channel on and watch SGU...didn't work for me, I switched off right after Narim bought the farm.

LOL! I still willingly watch SGU (glutton for punishment, I guess), but I definitely get the ploy there. They've always done it...and for a time it worked (when SG-1, SGA, and BSG were what made of Sci Fi Friday), but we've wizened up to their ways!
