Got to watch Between Two Fires tonight. It's the first SG-1 ep SyFail has shown in the normal slot since September. So that was very pleasing, especially since it's such a great Jack/Daniel episode.
But that happy YAY feeling is gone now...In a horrible mood, and it doesn't help that this game is terrible tonight. Nucks are only down 1, but still...there is NO offense tonight. They've spent almost all night in their OWN zone. So being down 1 is actually pretty grim. They still have time - they just need to pick it up the 3rd period.
I started the 'His Dark Materials' series for my Religion class. Now halfway through The Golden Compass. My goal is to finish it by the end of this weekend and hopefully get The Amber Spyglass started. I don't have a lot of time until I have to do the paper for this one, so I want to get as much textual evidence as possible. What's helping me get through it so fast is that I'm liking it very much (and that it reads a lot like LOtR, IMHO).
And yep...that's about it.
