I got a dress! A really gorgeous, really expensive Latin costume! A comapny named Dore Designs came to the studio to do a trunk show yesterday, and I kind of had a feeling that this was going to be my chance to get my first dress, and that's exactly what happened. why is it so expensive? Is it covered in diamonds?

Well, sort of. It's covered in crystals, which are kind of like diamonds, I suppose. Plus, any quality ballroom costume was at some point a custom-made piece, even if it is being sold currently as a resale dress. So they are all literally one-of-a-kind couture pieces covered in semiprecious stones. And I'm going to be wearing two of them in September. BALLROOM MADNESS!!!
