We've found the world's most perfect, beautiful house, but it's fairly far north, and we're worried about social-ness. Would you come to visit us if we moved so far North?

Ahh, thanks for reminding me that I hadn't answered the poll.

While "Hot sex with a Monster Palace denizen of my choosing" is the most appealing, it really wouldn't take more than pleasant company to get me to visit you when I go to the northwest, as long as I could get there and had somewhere to stay.

It looks reasonably close to Beffinary, but it's across MLK, and that's kind of a Great Divide in my brain. I wouldn't walk there, and that's important.

As far as Northiness goes, that's in the same place as Beffinary, and is more or less the same as Beffinary reflected over MLK. It is, however, substantially closer to the Vancouver bike lane and the MAX, for anyone who takes those modes of transportation. And, much like Monster Palace, it's more or less on the way between Beffinary and a New Seasons. Looks like a great location to me.
