Yes, I'll reply to all the fanfic thoughts posts. I just need to get my thinky cap on.

1. There are rumors that there will be a third season of Hana Yori Dango. I don't know what I think about it, except for amusement that Hanadan will clearly never die ( Read more... )

I think the next Vampire Knight is in May, hopefully Genbu Kaiden is sooner.

1. I believe that the second volume of Vampire Knight is scheduled to be released in May - it's odd with some of the companies how their translation schedule is, it seems that the industry minimum is three months between volumes, but with some titles, they only come out twice a year (I believe Absolute Boyfriend falls into this category). Anyway, I usually get it early at work, so I'll let you know.

2. I keep on thinking of manga turned into dorama adaptations just for the express purpose of having Yamapi make eyes at Maki and vice versa. Too. Much. Fun.

2. Oh, I do too. Hey, they could do Vampire Knight and he can be Zero (sorry, Zero/Yuki fangirl here). Kurosagi angst should have been good training. Actually, I could solve my Ceres dilemma by having him as Toya. Heh. I am soooo clever :D

So which manga have you thought about? :D

1. I wonder if they do the slooooow thing with AB because it's short. I wish I knew how many volumes VK is supposed to be (and who she is going to end up with, dammit).

Absolute Boyfriend is first being published in Shojo Beat each month as individual chapters before it's released in bookform.

2. I believe I told either you or kitsune about my manga=dorama about VK and yes, Yamapi as Zero and Maki as Yuki as they look uncannily like the illustrations.

Oyayubihime Infinity is my second pick.

Basara is a good one. I was even able to convince my roommate who refuses to read manga to get into this series.
