But today, searching youtube, I discovered that it has a number of songs of my favorite singer, Vladimir Vysotsky (he is a very famous Russian bard

Vysotsky! So much love!!! I love love love his songs, and his roles too, every one of them. Thank you so much for these. My favourite is "Na bolshom Karetnom", but "Wolf Hunt" is a very close one (and breaks my heart every time). I also wonder how he sounds for non-Russian speaker, because the poetry is the biggest thing in his songs, though his voice is so disturbing in a very magnetic way.
