This is completely unrelated to your post, but I just thought of a drama that you might like. It's called Dark Fragrance, 暗香 in Chinese. I don't know if subs exist for it or not. It stars Huang Xiao Ming as main male, and Yang Mi plays a small role for the first 3 episodes. It's the classic tale of a chaebol falling in love with poor, but spunky girl, but it's done very well and weaved very nicely with the family politics and intrigue. The tone is melodramatic and a bit tragic, but it works very well with the drama.
I would recommend it, since it's one of the better modern Chinese dramas I've seen, and the story seems to be up your alley.
She plays the love story of the main character's grandfather, who was a poor man who strike riches in some Polynesian island. She plays a rich miss, but their love was rejected by her father. He comes back rich and mysterious, and attempts to take revenge on the father, which hurts her heart. It's a well-played love and hate relationship.
"It's not that she's good. It's a very strange feeling. When you stay by her, you'll feel a sense of relief. You'll be willing to share all your thoughts with her and to do everything for her. When she laughs, your entire heart will suddenly feel overjoyed. When she cries, your heart will also sour. You will want to see her every second, to kiss her and embrace her. You will want to become the same person as her. No. You will feel that you and her are in fact the same person

mousie, after I saw these exact scenes is when I started shipping 4 and qing chuan, didn't I tell you that they made their relationship too shipworthy---especially when he tells SY how he feels about qing chuan and how much he loves her- the way he describes it is so swoonworthy, after that I was lost

And yes, I'd be just as happy if she ended up with Four.
