I really want to watch Wallace Huo's Iljimae but it's not out yet. Still, it gave me quite a craving for period/wuxia cdramas.

I'm in the same boat - the Wallace Huo drama's previews makes me want to watch some wuxia. Sadly, I've watched nearly all the wuxias that have been subbed. I may give this one a shot.

WH's Iljimae looks really good, I wasn't a fan of the korean Iljimaes but I will definitely watch this one.

I only managed to watch about half of SotS, I got bored with it, but you might like it.

i am strangely neither proud,nor ashamed to adore Nicholas Tse solely based on none of his talents, and all of his charming persona, so i understand your irrational fondness. he's not even good-looking to me, except in a teenaged boy kinda way. the only drama of his that i've ever adored is the very first TVB judo one that he did and that's because he was so adorably sweet and awkward in it.

but his wuxia dramas.... i'm gonna wait for the Chinese Iljimae, cuz although ROI was all kinds of beautiful, but I think that the Chinese takes beautiful to another level.

lol, if there are no subs, i'll see what i can do about that for you. do you know how to create subs?

ps. my Mandarin is serviceable at best, so don't expect top quality stuff ok?
