And your comment on Domyouji begging Rui is something i COULD see in the kdrama. No wait. WANT to see in BOF with a PASSION 'cos even though JP's been a proper douche in the second half seeing him on his knees after all that stoicness would be devilishly lovely!

This scene is probably my favorite in any drama. It always PWN everything else.

I was totally unspoiled for it (which makes sense as I'd watch the raws as soon as they'd come out) and I think I literally gasped at that. I don't know if it's my favorite scene in any drama, but it's certainly in the running! And he isn't just kneeling, he is literallt grovelling - Domyouji who is composed of 98% pride anyway. Guuuuh. GUUUUUUUH.

I want to rewatch this scene right now. And maybe cap.

YES. That's why is was so epic.

You know, it's weird. Out of all three versions, I'm least attracted to the J-Drama Domyouji, but I swear MatsuJun just KILLED me in that role. I don't know if he's my favorite, but there's something about his Doumyouji that just keeps my eyes glued to the screen.

So true. I think it's because while Jun is so not my type physically, he is really really good as an actor, and the role was written so well, too. He basically made me melt into a puddle of goo as Domyouji.

AH Hana Yori Dango <3 The more i watch BOF the more i miss Hanadan. These MVs just remind me how much better BOF could have been. :(( I don't know how i'm going to stick out for the last 6 episodes. O_o

Yeah - seriously, they didn't have to stay literally true to the manga (even though I'd have loved it). But then, they should have adopted it properly!
