Watched ep 4 of Karei-Naru Ichizoku and it's excellent, except for thje fact that every time I see the father or the mistress I want to climb into the TV and strangle them both with my bare hands

You cheated! *giggle* The blood type thing absolutely KILLED me. And the letter. And yeah. Wait 'til you watch that entire final episode. AMAZING. But I'm glad you and your husband are both enjoying it! It's a wonderfully rich drama and while I found the first couple of episodes slow myself, it just picked up and wouldn't let me off once I got into it. :)

I was amazed I held out until after 4 eps.

I didn't think it was going to end so well for Teppei because of the very first shots of first ep, but I wanted to have Dad get his comuppance. I have seldom hated the character more.

But still, I can't believe I cried like this over 10 minutes, on ff! That's crazy.

And Teppei died not knowing the blood type thing!

But it doesn't end well. It's all angsty and heart-breaking.
