Meal Planning Help

Kelly and I are putting together a light springtime afternoon dinner for my mom for mothers day. Basically it's just going to be an appetizer or two ( bruschetta, not sure of the other one yet) and then a nice spring salad with various things to put in it, hard boiled eggs, fresh cooked chicken, and not sure what else yet. i was going to suggest a fritatta or a quiche. =)

for the cheese: Havarti with Dill (or if you don't like dill, get plain Havarti)

CHEESE! Gorgonzola. They also have this creamy soy-based Havarti but that comes in slices, but it's still delicious if you are making mini-sandwiches or anything. Camembret (you know I love that stuff) if you're having wine. YUM!!!
