Wow, this is fantastic! There's so much in this video that just skdjhkfj. The music with the narrative you have goes perfectly and the comparisons between Shaw and Charles (ugh ugh that scene with Shaw's fingers and Charles with the gun holy shit, I went and rewatched that part over and over like four times before even finishing the video once. Holy shit. I didn't catch that symbolism when watching the movie before so, wow.)

Actual revenge, not a mutant named Revenge, which is what that kinda looks like. Is there a mutant named Revenge? Because there totally should be.

Actually, yeah. One named Revanche, anyway. But she got bodyswitched and killed off, poor gal. She could probably use some revenge, too!

Anyway, this video is amazing! I didn't think Kevin Bacon's performance could get any more creepy uncle-y, but somehow directly paralleling him with Charles just ratcheted up the skeeve factor. Poor, poor Erik. Off to watch again!
