So, I've gotten myself cast in Line, with Something Clever Productions.  But here's the problem:  I'm pretty sure I said I'd be unavailable ICON-lite weekend, but not 100% sure.  First reading and a rehearsal are scheduled for that weekend.  As in both Friday and Sarturday nights.

The last couple of weeks has been killer on me and my sleeplessness.  Part of it, clearly, has been that I've been forgetting to take the melanoma pills at night, but I suspect that most of it is stress related.  I'd been looking for my unemployment check (actually a debit card now), and it hadn't come, even though it'd been something like a month ( Read more... )

Apparently, I need to kvetch about my failed auditions more often -- the afternoon after I complained to Blake about how my Saturday morning audition went 'meh,' I got the call.  He asked for a free weekend between April and mid-May.  He also confirmed that the part would be expanded, and given a name.  So, I apparently have a recurring on-camera ( Read more... )

So, I now have an official student ID.  I was basically forced to get it by circumstances -- I needed to print something at the College library -- but there you have it.  Also, I've found that while Triton doesn't actually have computer labs, not in the sense that Iowa did, they do have a decent library with a shit ton of computers.  Apparently, ( Read more... )
