my very close friend liz from AU wrote an epic introspective essay in her lj about respect, attractiveness, and the future. what she wrote made me think about some stuff & i intend to respond to her ideas on respect.

some background American University has a roughly 60:40 ratio of girls to guys. also, there is a relatively large population of gay

good entry, i guess i just feel like girls insecurity is what leads to that behavior that lacks self respect and i always empathize with girls who are insecure because i'm one of them. i'm also a complete contradiction and normally i love myself and take good care of myself etc but lately i've been a pure depressed acehole.

ps erik i'd like your opinion on my entries so if you hack into jenna's acount any time again soon feel free to comment.

pps jenna this was really well written and thought provoking and i liked it and i want to make sex with you. this is a complicated issue and it's nice to see sides of it you might not have originally ackhowledged - and that goes for both of us... and everyone
