[He was already awake, so though the sudden screaming from his PCD startled him, that was all. Upon grabbing the device and glancing over the video, it was pretty obvious what had happened; nightmares were expected, but his main concern was the Wall.]

I know that Raven says she has a sleeping drought that would cause a dreamless sleep. But be careful with that one. I get the feeling it would be easy to develop a dependency on it. And there are a couple of people who have offered me calming teas and I'm sure they would do the same for you.

[So Sam was relishing this moment. Big deal. It wasn't often that he gave advice to Castiel.]

[He's interested at that, ignoring entirely the comment about developing a dependency. Not like he had an addictive personality or anything right? Raven was his friend, so surely he could ask her, and not even feel embarrassed

He does hear the other suggestion though, and wonders if maybe he should try that first.]

[As much as Sam was enjoying giving advice, Castiel was glad to get some. It was nice not to be the one trying to find a solution to everything for once.]
