You know what's worse than rearranging your Monday night so that you can call in for a 9pm conference call with India? Uh, the last time I checked, you can't get charged with perjury for lying during an interrogation.

Not perjury, no, but this is what Scooter Libby got in trouble for. I think it's seen as interference with a federal investigation.
