Apparently house-flipping is the new preferred occupation in the US. I wonder whether real estate agents are required to disclose who renovated a property that one is interested in purchasing. I'll probably be buying a new home in a year or two, and from what I've seen on TV, I hope I can find out whether it's somebody's amateur flip or not. -

Crime pays, but whom?
Apparently I received a speeding ticket in February of 1986 and didn't pay it or go to court. I don't remember it at all, and, according to the court clerk in Maywood, my signature is not on the alleged ticket.
