 So Myrrh went to the vet today because her diarrhea won't go away (with both antibiotics and probiotics) 
The vet put her on a stronger antibiotic for the next 10 days, and if it doesn't work, we're going a different route.

Vet suggested it might be food allergies. A shocker. Really. Seriously.
Fucking lol.

 A few days back, I came home to find that Myrrh's adorable little baby ear somehow got ripped. It spooked me quite a bit. She seemed entirely unphased by this. I have no idea how it happened. She hasn't been fighting with the other cats or the dog outside of play, and currently, the three cats are cleaning each other. Maybe a play accident?  So ( Read more... )

I'm in my new apartment.

It's bigger, and it has hard wood floors.
Myrrh, Penny, and Chalupa adjusted pretty much immediately. It took Sneak a bit longer, but she seems okay now. I need to sleep, but I'm not too tired. I'm still adjusting to the change.

In other news. Chalupa made friends with an actual dog. woah.

Having a lap cat is weird. I'm hoping she'll be big and fluffy and snuggly by winter.
The thunderstorm right now is making my apartment shake. The lightning is really pretty out there.

Kitten is named Myrrh. 
Like frankincence and.
Sneak and Penny got checked. Penny went from 5.5 lbs last year to 6.3 lbs now. I didn't realise it'd been a year since I vetted her. I guess that's a good thing.
