I got this from my friend Stacy and I absolutely love it. I agree with her that so much of what it says is how I try to live my life. There are times when I don't follow even one of the items, and there are times when I follow most of them.  I've bolded some my favorites and the ones I try to do on a daily basis are bolded and underlined.
