here.]It didn't strike Peter until he was on the grass and staring at the moon that the last time he'd gone out this way, it had been to collect Harry. The thought was a sobering one to say the least, particularly when he was the only soul on the field. No one but him and the great outdoors. Except replace 'great outdoors' with 'big fat death

A piercing scream rent the air as Cissnei stepped out into the field and she pressed back against the wall, brandishing her shuriken defensively until she was sure that nothing was going to come at her immediately. She waited until the sound died down and then dashed the length of the wall towards the door back into the building.

The screams echoing throughout the field were inhuman. Minato clutched his flashlight tightly as he looked around, crossing to the left edge of the soccer field warily. He seriously needed to ask if this type of danger was out on the field every night and he should just find another place to explor-
His thought was derailed by the sight of a small shed, its outline illuminated by his flashlight. Of course there would be a shed out here; if this really was a sports field, the staff would need a place to put all of the gear. It looked like someone had already broken the doorknob, allowing entry into the shed. A good sign. Maybe.
Entering the small building was better than standing out in the middle of the field, at least. Not wasting another moment, Minato hurried inside.

His head was aching again. It was faint and not nearly as painful as it had been yesterday and around Souji, but persistent. If the headaches were Persona-related, how would he and Souji get rid of them? Evoking their Personas?
The very thought of needing to do that to alleviate the headaches brought another question to mind. Why? He had come to associate headaches with bad things when Personas were involved-mostly side effects from Shadows’ attacks in the heat of battle. Were his Personas all right ( ... )

Huh... there was most definitely something going on. Roland took point as he went out into the recreation field, and what he saw was not what he'd imagined. There were two individuals further on who were fighting some kind of... skeletal horse? The important thing was that there was a monster running around, and that the recreational field no longer looked like what it was supposed to.
For the life of him, Roland would have to say that they had wandered right back into the underground. It looked like they'd gotten into one of the cities that the Karma Society had overrun, with rotting flesh everywhere and the broken shells of buildings standing like corpses in their own right. Of course, as he stepped out and to the side, he murmured, "I haven't seen anything like that before..." Which meant that he had no tactical advice to offer, much to his chagrin.

Manny greeted the quiet night with a quiet sigh. Finally. He didn't notice how cramped it felt in there until the cold, night air was filling his lungs. He stood next to the door--waiting to close it behind them--and almost jumped when he heard strange noises nearby. Then, in what felt like an instant, everything seemed to return to normal.

Senna paused, then grinned at Meche, a bit nervously. "We'll have to see if the schoolhouse is there again, too." But first they had to get there. Senna stepped onto the field, eyes darting for anything out of the ordinary. Nothing so far, other than the normal creepy air. After other look around, she nodded at Meche. "Keep going. I'll take lead once we're over."

"Why would someone be putting that place back together?" she asked, not that she really expected anyone to have an answer.
Nodding in return at the boss's orders, Meche headed quickly through the field to the back wall--better get the climbing over with before her hands went numb. She fumbled with where to put the spear for a moment before tucking it under one arm, the way she'd seen Soma do it the other night. Then she found her first good handhold and started to head up the wall.

He balked slightly at the size of the wall. He couldn't see a ladder anywhere. Meche took the lead. He was worried she might fall at first, but she turned out to be pretty good. He smiled up at her when she made it to the top, then shrugged at the task in front of him. If she could do it...

Wow, everything seemed so different at night. In the daytime, this place was nice, warm, and inviting. Now it just seemed a bit eerie.
Maybe it was the fact that it was dark now and the way that the moon cast everything in an eerie glow. He got the feeling that anything could just come out and surprise them. The Remnant stood by and waited for his friends.

He looked around, trying to make out shapes in the dark. "Think there's somethin' over there," he said, pointing towards the equipment shed.
Aw, hell. He was talking a bit loud for being out in this creepy place, wasn't he? He lowered his voice, looking a little sheepish. "Wanna check it out?"
