[From
here]These two were just little Chatty Cathies, weren't they? Whatever. As long as they didn't start talking about how much their love could never be and got to kissing in front of her, they didn't have a problem here. Dahlia followed them as quietly as she could, doing a nice job of attempting to be stealthy and just looking ridiculously

Nobody was here, which was an odd contrast to the hallway he'd just been in. He could hear noises coming from the Sun Room, but it wasn't any of his business, so he didn't stop to check it out. A strange sort of tension formed in his stomach, not from worry or guilt, but from yet another thing that was different from home--having to watch out for fights without actually being in one. He knew he ought to stop looking for these kinds of things, but it was instinctive.
In any case, he was almost at the file rooms.

Finally, he head reached the last hallway of a really annoying string of them. He could hear noises from the Sun room, but he didn't need to go there anyway. Picking the first door on his right, he carefully opened it and glanced inside. Perhaps his opponent was already there? It'd save him the wait, at least.

Surprisingly enough, the amount of people thinned out as he reached their meeting spot. Harvey glanced around in slight paranoia, but the only thing he could hear was a commotion coming from the Sun Room. As far as he knew, that was nothing special, and he had no intention of actually heading in there. Hopefully Jason didn't either.
Speaking of which, where was the kid? Harvey didn't know where Jason was coming from so it was hard to judge how long it would take him, but he was already suspecting that this might be a repeat of what had happened in the courtyard earlier.
If Jason flaked on him again, then that was it. He was either going to find the kid himself and make him talk, or he was going to track Batman down by his own means. He didn't know what those were yet, but he would work something out.
Ten minutes. If Jason hadn't showed up by then, Harvey wasn't going to keep waiting. He leaned against the wall and smirked when he felt his gun dig into his side.

The area was surprisingly empty considering it was a main hallway. It would make it a lot easier to spot Alfred or the baby bird if they came along while he was talking with Two-Face but would make it easier for them to spot him too. He'd have to make sure they didn't hang around here too long. It wouldn't be difficult to convince Two-Face that they could look for a good place to lay their trap while he shared whatever it was he wanted to tell Jason.
Tapping the machete lightly against his shoulder, Jason approached the man standing on his own, making sure that he'd be heard so he didn't have to dodge the pipe over the guy's shoulder. Dent looked fine after last night - no major injuries that he could see. Maybe he'd thought to keep his face wrapped up so he didn't get mistaken for an especially ugly zombie. Or maybe he had unwrapped it and hidden among the hordes of undead.
"Two-Face," he greeted casually, "Tell me, did you score a hot date last night?"

"I didn't get anything near as nice but I can manage just fine with this." He tapped the machete against his shoulder again for emphasis. It was bulkier than his dagger and nowhere near as sharp but it'd do for taking care of himself. Guns and knives would only do so much against Batman, the most effective weapon against him had always been his guilt. And that was what made Harvey so useful, if it was true that Bruce didn't know Jason. The gun was just an added bonus. A really nice bonus.

Good thing he'd kept a hold on his flashlight, it was still really dark out here when there wasn't any windows. He fumbled with it for a few seconds to turn it on, getting both himself and Loz over a little ways down from the door. They could wait for whoever was supposed to come with them here.
"Aww man." He just realized he still had a whole bunch of that sticky stuff on his shirt. Well, he'd deal with that once Loz was okay and didn't need someone to hold him up.

Loz put his shirt back down and then did what he had been trying not to do for the past few minutes. He started to cry. He wanted to cover his face and hide his tears, but his arms felt like they weighed a million pounds.

Just as he was tossing the thing away, he realized he was being an idiot and not noticing that Loz was crying. "Awww." He sat down next to Loz, putting an arm around him to try to be comforting. "You did good back there."

Loz wasn't used to being comforted, but he couldn't deny that it felt... very nice. Eventually, the tears stopped flowing, although Loz did still sniff a few times and his cheeks were still wet
