Tyki casually glanced around for monster activity as he stepped into the next hallway. There were patients nor monsters around, but he hadn't really expected otherwise anyway. After discarding some of the ash from his cigarette on the floor, he headed for the double doors on his right.

This looked like the last available section, so either room sixty-six was in this section or the one he'd passed. If it wasn't this one, it wouldn't take long at all to backtrack.

In his first major corridor, Armand felt tempted to hesitate. Since he didn't have a light of his own, it may have been possible to stand to one side and observe without being seen. But that kind of sneaking wasn't in his nature. Badou had been right about that.
It was still early enough that it was fairly quiet yet, so he went through the next door.

It seemed to be out of sheer luck that Depth Charge was alone in the hallway- the last thing he wanted to do was attract some kind of monster, but the sound he was making would have had every Pred in the building on his tail in an instant. Still, at least then he'd have some kind of target to direct his fury at.
He turned sharply to the right and continued on through the next door.

The only sounds Hanatarou could hear now were his own footsteps and the nervous pounding of his own heart. Hopefully that wasn't masking the silent approach of something far more dangerous than a lone and unarmed shinigami.
He glanced around once, clutching his flashlight nervously, and quickly moved into the next block.

It might not have been necessary to run down the halls just yet, but it was old habit to Sai. It didn't hurt that he was in a hurry. From what he'd seen on the board, it didn't look like Usopp would be leaving just yet.
