[ from here]There was no one in the hallway at all when Toboe turned the corner, slowing from his run for a brief moment to look around. No, there really was no one there...they probably were still getting ready for the night

Even here, it seemed oddly quiet, and he wondered if he'd just set out much earlier than he normally did. Perhaps. But hopefully Homura would still be in his room at least if he was early. He counted down the corridors branching off until he found the right one.
Allelujah quickly slipped out of the corridor and began to head back the way that he'd come, towards his room again. Now that the gift had been accepted, he could probably make another, larger batch tonight before heading out. It wasn't as though he had any plans really.
Here Sai paused, but only briefly. The first hall on the way in would be Usopp's. The last would be Mello's. He'd already made up his mind to check in with the pirate first, so he made the immediate right.
MOMO had been fine with that at first, but now it was beginning to get unnerving. It was typically quiet when night first started, but it usually picked up rather quickly. Hopefully the quiet simply meant it was going to be a slow night, and not something more ominous.
Just this hall-- one last one-- and she'd be there.
The quiet and emptiness wasn't even getting to her by this point. Yukari was getting closer to the rooms anyway, so she didn't have as much to worry about.
Well, that was quick and painless enough, and a lot unlike last time she had paid a visit to Adelheid's room.
Yukari slowly strode down the hallway, clicking her flashlight on to guide her through. Now what? She didn't really make any plans for the night... Nor was she sure if she was up to anything. Sure, she was genuinely excited about finally having her-- well, a, it wasn't the one she usually used-- bow back, but the entire day before it was just so taxing on her... Yukari said she wasn't going to waste the night away again, but not only did she simply want to crash, she wasn't insane enough to even consider trekking too far away from the blocks on her own. Especially right now, when all she had was a radio and a flashlight.
Time to go back, she supposed, and it was nice knowing she could return to her room and not worry about anyone dangerous still lingering around. Hopefully. Maybe it was just some ploy to raise her hopes or something, because the day could still certainly take a turn for the much worse

He scanned the hallway briefly - empty, unusual for the night - then crossed it without a second thought. The door to the men's bathrooms was just ahead.
