Nightshift 36: M-B Block hallway

Or at least, as casually as he could when the wounds he still had objected to his movements. Going out with plenty of injuries probably wasn't the best idea, but there was something about staying in his room two nights in a row

It would have been better to wait out his injury for the night, but Kurogane refused to be stuck because of something like this. The pain he ignored as completely as he could. Unfortunately the wound remained a hindrance, and he moved slower through the halls than he would have normally.

One person here, no doubt waiting for a party of his own. The night seemed a bit too quiet this time, but no matter. Kunzite's mission was awaiting him. East now to the next hall.

He was already probably running a little late, so Claude tried to hurry as fast as he could. It wasn't easy; the metal was kind of heavy, and holding the flashlight straight was proving to be a little difficult. But the blond knew he couldn't waste any time, and he pressed forward.

Hopefully he wouldn't get attacked. He had a feeling his reaction time wasn't as sharp as it could be, but what else could he do? It wasn't like he could go back in time and stop himself from getting upset in front of the nurses earlier. Still, he'd have to be careful in the future, wouldn't he?

Once he reached the next hallway over, Claude had to briefly pause to get his bearings. Sighing to himself, he turned left and headed north.

When Naruto stepped into the hallway, his eyes immediately went to the spot he'd met the two others, but neither of them were there. They were probably in the main hallway, then.

With a sigh he turned around, heading back out.

Usopp's room was just the next block down - a fairly familiar path if not always straight from this direction.

"Are we sticking around afterwards?" Sanji asked over his shoulder without stopping.

"Usopp knows we're coming," Chopper answered, "so he should be there. He said he had some shoes for you,, too."

He readjusted his grip on the wood he was carrying, following closely after Sanji. "I want to try to find the clinic after we see Usopp. He said it was close to his room."
