The only consolation Toph had was in regards to the conversation with Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan and the upcoming meeting with Renamon for her file and possessions. That is, if she could even find the woman. Renamon never got a chance to tell her the location of her room; the staff had intervened too

Sedation only added to the effect. The Queen had gone on the bus willingly enough, but not the second time. More annoying tranquilizers in her body. The ride back and dinner were both blurs, murky and unimportant. Back in the building where everything seemed to start and end...
It wasn't the beginning of nightshift that woke her, the only one out of the two who stirred from her sleep. No, not the intercom, or the loss of light. It was the presence lurking outside the door that whispered to the Chiropteran. One presence, quickly becoming two. Diva had sat up, gaze hooded and long, silky hair tangled around her, her immediate senses more concerned with what she found herself wearing: that silly uniform again. Her other senses were silent murmurs in her bones, marking the two prey outside and what they would dare to do when Diva had given no permission for anyone to come or go from her little cell ( ... )

She didn't know what she was going to get up to tonight, but she was going to get on out there anyway.

The moment Shion awoke she was running, grabbing her flashlight and heading out into the hallway, her lips set into a frown. There had to be something she could do tonight - whether it be try to escape, or her own weapon, the teenager knew she had to do something.
Slowing to a jog as she turned the corner, Shion quickly put that normal frightened teenager façade on and continued down the hallway.
