The hall was empty when he arrived, which was something of a relief. Last night the hall had gotten fairly crowded with people coming and going and even people trying to keep others out of the Sun Room. He knew there'd been some kind of fight going on in there, so maybe it'd been for the best to involve as few as possible. For now,

The vampire rounded the corner, heading for their designated meeting place with a kind of nonchalance in his step. However, Aidou was anything but incautious, even when there was clearly no signs of life down either end of the hallway (night-blind weaklings didn't count). That didn't seem to count for much, though. Creatures just seemed to come out of nowhere.
But that wasn't the case, because fault was on the person for not paying closer attention. For someone that was wholly comfortable in the darkness, being caught off guard was even more shameful.
He stopped in front of the entry room as planned, switching the bat to his right hand and twirling it like a baton once, twice... All the while focusing his senses, waiting for any kind of movement.

Now Wolfram was certain that he was headed in the right direction, seeing as how this was the first of the wider hallways. So turning to the right would take him in the right direction...
Only seeing as how it was one of the larger halls, he also wasn't the first to make it there. He slowed down a little, concentrated on any sounds other than himself. Not detecting anything threatening for the moment, he continued on until he was almost at the end of the corridor where they would have to turn one way or the other.
Scanning briefly with the flashlight, he caught sight of a shoe, raising the beam upward following what looked to be white pants and a darker shirt until he got to not quite face level. He dropped the beam again, taking a few steps closer.
"Aidou?"

"It's me," he affirmed, wrinkling his nose and turning his head to the side in preparation for getting a beam of light in his face. It was a pleasant surprise when he didn't. Finally, someone with a little bit of manners. Blinding a vampire, even when one didn't know it was a vampire? Never a good thing.
And timely, too, which was appreciated.
Holding the end of the bat out, he said, "Here, take this."

He'd definitely seen Yuuri with one from time to time, and the players on the wall posters in his fiance's room had been holding them. He stared down at the block of wood blankly for a long moment, fighting off the urge to be emotional about it. There wasn't time for any of that now.
Besides.... he couldn't have asked for anything more perfect until Roy could get his blade done. It was far better than using high heeled shoes, and if they'd had this last night, that spider would have been toast, he was certain.
"Where did you get this?" The question was emotionless, except for perhaps maybe a little surprise. "I spent all last night trying to find something, and there wasn't anything half as useful."

Naomi made it to the main hallway, and she paused to get her bearings and saw...
"Ryuga?" What the hell was he doing in the halls by himself? Did he want to get himself killed? Or was the little bastard trying to sneak by her?

She shook her head, knowing it was useless to yell at him.
"Well, come on. Let's get going. I assume we're heading for the file rooms again?"

As he reached the hallway in front of the Sun Room, Tyki decided it'd be a good place to pause and see where he should head to next. Shining his flashlight onto his map, he eventually concluded he'd only have to go straight ahead, and take the first hallway on his left.
Glancing up from his map, his golden eyes fell onto a person standing in the hallway; the same person that would lead to a massive scolding by the Millennium Earl.
Allen Walker.
He guessed it wouldn't hurt to have a little chat before finding some smokes. A grin appeared on his face as he approached the young Exorcist.
"Boy," he greeted. "How did you survive?" If he was going to get scolded for this, he might as well know the reason behind it.

"You!" he exclaimed with no small amount of surprise. The last time he'd met with the Noah, he'd been weak and unprepared. He'd lost his Innocence and nearly died, but somehow, but the barest of margins, he'd survived. He wasn't entirely sure himself how it'd happened. Bak had said something about his Innocence protecting him, but he wasn't going to go blurting that out to a Noah of all people!
He tried to take a step away, only to realize he already had his back to the wall. "Stay away from me," he warned, his right hand beginning to pull away at the bandages that covered his left arm.

"I'm surprised, boy." he said, obviously ignoring the warning. "I was sure I had destroyed it." He leaned closer, pointing to the limb in question as he spoke. Arms were not supposed to suddenly grow back like he hadn't destroyed it, after all. He hadn't been thorough enough, he guessed.
"I was also sure the Tease had punctured your heart." The Noah continued. His grin grew wider as he spoke his words. "It must have been painful, to have your life pouring out of a such small hole."

"You must have gotten sloppy then," Allen said calmly, tearing away the last of the bandages, "because it's still here, right before your eyes." The design was different now, more streamlined after his training in China and after fighting that high-level Akuma that'd awakened Crown Clown. Not that he could use that particular ability here, but Tyki couldn't know that for certain.
"I'm stronger than I look," he added, ready to fight if he had to. This man wasn't just a danger to him, but to Rinali, and the other patients too! And if Rhode found out he was here, he could only imagine what kind of awful things the two of them might do!

"Alright Brook. I'm sorry for enjoying my delicious chocolate cake."
Yeah right...
He stopped in the middle of the hallway, glancing at his map once before proceeding.

Wesker paused outside the sun room door, there were no sounds from inside it, but it was the most likely place for him to face an enemy on his way to the basement. He wondered where Schuldig was, and also, if he could read minds at this distance.
It probably would have been smarter to do this when he'd been in the patient block and the distance had been minimal, but he'd try it now anyway.
Schuldig. If you're going to the basement, meet me in the hall outside the sun room. I'll wait for twelve minutes.

"You've picked up on the nuances of communicating with a telepath quite quickly, haven't you?" Schuldig remarked as he closed the distance between them, Farfarello and Crawford following behind. "I'd have been here faster, but I was meeting up with my partners." He grinned slightly. "Before you make any assumptions about my arrival, however, I feel I should mention - I'd like to go to the basement tonight, but I promised Farfarello some bloodshed. And since I don't know if I can guarantee anything for him to kill in the basement, if we don't run into something to slaughter on the way, you might have to go it alone down there. Schwarz takes priority, you know."

(Someone you can hand your subordinates over to, even temporarily.)
Carefully, he approached Wesker.
"May I speak with you privately?" he asked, then glanced over at Schuldig. "Try not to listen in, if you could." The faint smirk he was wearing would hopefully lead both Schuldig and Farfarello to think that he was going to be ... addressing Wesker as to his opinions on how he ran his team and what, exactly, he didn't approve of being done.
It was faint, though, because it wasn't true.

He wondered if they would both listen to him. Sizing him up from behind his sunglasses, Wesker nodded, "You may," and turned to move away from Schuldig and Farfarello for some relative privacy.
