Momo was planning on heading to the red field, but her instructions from Hitsugaya about her needing to see to Mustang had her going to the Sun Room. The shinigami stood by the door, leaning back against the wall, as she waited for the colonel to appear.

It wasn't like Tyki didn't enjoy digging into the dirt. It was something his human side often did whenever he got to hang out with the gang. But mining was entirely different from potting plants. And potting plants was boring, and the Noah doubted he'd find any treasure between those flowers, which made the digging itself less interesting.
So the sun room was an easy pick. He decided to relax a bit this afternoon before his Noah would kick in tonight. The lack of his smokes kept nagging at the back of his mind, but as annoying as it was, he focused on the hopes of finding some tonight. He had a map right?
After a quick look around the room he spotted a guy with a large nose sitting by himself. Sitting around with some company would be less boring than sitting around while staring at the wall, or so the now hobo figured. With that, Tyki walked over, standing still at the couch the fella was sitting on.
"Oi! Mind if I sit here?"

This morning, at the ball game, he'd talked himself up a bit, but Usopp's mind was still a little too distracted by the other projects he was working on to sell himself too hard. "Nice to meet you; I'm Usopp." It was possible the guy just wanted some space for a nap, in which case this'd be a short conversation, but Usopp did like to at least try and exchange names.
He hoped the man wasn't going to ask anything about gunpowder.

He quickly noticed what the other man was doing, though. "Are you an artist?" he asked curiously, leaning closer to see what Usopp was drawing. His own artistic talent didn't go much further than drawing stick figures, but then again, he had never bothered with art in the first place. He was happy he could read and write, which wasn't exactly common among orphans that never went to school.

Gardening was one of those things that Vlad hired other people to do. His only interest in it was that the bushes and lawn outside his house were kept neat and that the green on the football field had a good color and was maintained at the proper height. It didn't help that he was starting to feel a bit of an ache coming on, particularly after his discussion with Daniel. From his head down to his shoulders and arms.
When he thought about it, he'd spent most of the day talking to children, or people who acted like them. No wonder he was tired. It wasn't that he didn't want children of his own, of course he did, but at least in Daniel's case he could hope his interactions wouldn't be comparably a constant battle. The other timeline, which hadn't passed far from his mind since Daniel had commented on it, was looming even more. That resolution still required an intact Daniel for now, unfortunately.

There was that, and the fact that any plant that crossed his path seemed to die shortly thereafter, in no small part due to his dog's taste for them. It didn't matter where the plant was placed; Pess had a way of finding it and digging it up.
He scanned the room looking for familiar faces, settling on one on one of the couches. "Mr. Masters, it's a pleasure to see you again. I take it the greenhouse wasn't to your liking, either?"

He shifted positions, making room if the other man wanted to sit down but not gesturing for him to. If Edgeworth decided to leave, that was fine. Vlad was just pleased to have an agreeable person to speak with for a little while, considering how the talk with Daniel went.
"I hope you haven't been having too much trouble in these past few days, since I haven't spoken with you. I had a bit of a rough first night, myself, but I'm feeling much better now. I suppose there's a slight learning curve here even when you've had plenty of warning."

"Last night was fairly rough, but no one was injured during it, thank heavens. I'm sorry that first night of yours was so rough, though." The urge to ask whether there had been a 'sleep study' conducted was strong, but it didn't seem the right time.
"I hope I'm not prying when I ask what happened? Please, do let me know if I am." There. That wording was much more neutral.

... calm. Don't think about that. Until she actually met the so called... copy thing, she wouldn't think about it. She'd... pretend it didn't exist, that there wasn't something going around hurting people using her name. She should just be glad it hadn't gotten to anyone she knew and be at peace with that.
The girl let out a loud sigh as she sunk into the couch. Why couldn't she be back home, where the only worry she had was what she was going to get the rest of the club to wear for the penalty game? Damn this place...
((waiting for Shion!!))

The weary girl turned to see who was addressing her, nearly getting out of the seat. The person could have at least chosen a better spot to do this unless they were planning on attempting to snap her neck anyway, but as soon as Mion saw the green hair and the aqua eyes, she literally fell out of her seat.
Now, if she had thought about it, adding in the "threat" and the sheer corniness of the pose the person was in, their real identity might have been a lot clearer to Mion. Of course, not that Mion knew it, but the fact that the doctor had done more to her than take things out wasn't helping her case that much either ( ... )

Shion blinked in surprise as her younger twin literally fell out of her seat and onto the floor, that look of terror all too familiar. Frowning, she slowly moved around the couch and towards her twin. “What do you mean ‘what are you’?”
She was slow in her movements, careful not to startle Mion more than she already was. She didn’t need the attention of the nurses - what with her little outburst yesterday, there was no doubt that the nurses would be relentless in their actions if they saw her “pestering another patient.”
Slowly, Shion kneeled down in front of the frightened girl and reached out to place her hand against Mion’s head, her own head lowering as she tried to look into her younger sister’s eyes. “Geez, what have they done to you, Onee? I thought you’d be able to recognize your own twin sister.”

He had to stop off at the bulletin board to put up the Cooking Group assignments first, though. The nurses were used to him doing this by now, so one waited for him as he composed the message.
Once he was done, he turned back to the woman, waiting for her to lead him to the greenhouse.
[Momo, quick! Come and get him.]

"Mustang-san, Vice Captain Hinamori Momo, once again," she said to him just in case he didn't remember who she was.
"May I have a brief moment of your time on behalf of Arts & Crafts?"
Reply
"Of course," he said with a nod. It wasn't like he was rushing to get to the greenhouse, so why not spare a few minutes of his time?
He took a few more steps away from the bulletin board and eyed her curiously. "What was it you needed?"

After a pause and a quick glance to see if anyone was in hearing range, the shinigami lowered her voice. "Arts & Crafts asks if we may borrow the key you have to the front door, sir. We would like to attempt to examine the outside grounds again, myself leading the mission."
She gave him another small smile. "It would be greatly appreciated and it will be returned in the morning. Anyone you wish from your group to join us is more than accepted."
