Nightshift 32: F1-F10 Hallway

Max slipped out of her room, already prepared and equipped for a continuation of last night's mission. Crowbar, flashlight, and radio all on her person, she paused to glance up and down her hall before turning to her right and heading to the pre-arranged meeting place where she was to wait for Thursday and Renji.

Another dinner spent alone with no roommate. Rangiku was beginning to think that perhaps she was cursed to spend her dinners alone. Such a terrible situation for an attractive lady to be in. At least it left her room free for more enjoyable pursuits, which was something of a bonus. And it would be nice to work with Gin again tonight. The curse marks had disappeared now at least. She was feeling much much better, and after last night's sort of success too...

If there were no radio clues, then she thought that might be a good place to head to again. Gin was good at puzzles and riddles and she was curious to see what the prize was.

She slipped her katana into the sash at her waist, still wishing that she had her uniform, and did the same with the radio, making sure that the speaker wasn't blocked so that they could hear it if they were told something. With that, she stepped out into the corridor to go and meet Gin.

Rukia had spent fourth shift and dinner lying in bed, pretending to sleep. She may have dozed off once or twice, but her agitated state of mind wouldn't let her really rest. She couldn't stop thinking about the drawing that Dr. Yumeno had shown her. Her brother, and Kaien... What had become of them? Were they okay? Rukia only knew one way that she might find out more about them. She had to get to the room where they kept the patients' files. It had come up in discussion with Kurogane the other day; Rukia hadn't thought much of it at the time, but now all her thoughts were focused on the room. The drawing must be there
