Nightshift 31: East Wing, Hall 2-A

Beatrix entered the hallway, Rena close behind her, and walked down it. Again, she hugged the wall, fingertips brushing very lightly against the left wall as they no longer had the benefit of light provided by the other prisoners. The Bride slowed her pace some to compensate for the teenage girl's inexperience.

Three doors on the left and then the door at the far end.

She repeated the information to herself as her fingers encountered the first door. She needed to pay attention to small details so she didn't end up running face first into the door at the end of the hallway. So far, they hadn't encountered any creatures, though to be honest her and her ward had been more then silent and there were plenty of other people around to draw the attention of any freak results of genetic experimentation.

There was the second door... and the third close afterwards. Now, according to the area of the map she'd memorized, there was some distance and then the hall dead-ended at a door that supposedly lead to a small outdoor area, like a rooftop patio.

Keeping one hand out before her, she soon felt the wall before her. She stopped and then moved to the right and found the door. Excellent. It wasn't locked.
