She wouldn't even need to be paying any amount of attention and still be able to find Signum's room as well as a few select others. Stopping in front of F23, Momo listened briefly. She didn't hear anything that clued her in as to whether the knight was there or not. The knot of worry she'd had in the pit of her stomach since the Game Room increased. The shinigami knocked on the door, paused a moment, and then pushed it open.
It wasn't polite to just barge in, but last the shinigami had heard, the knight lacked a roommate and she hoped she would be forgiven for the intrusion if her friend really was inside. If she got attacked out of instinct because of her rudeness, so be it. Signum would understand - she was positive. Once inside, Momo peered around to see if the pink-haired knight was in.
