Zack made it out of the block with little incident, though that wasn't anything new. It was only when he moved away from the patient blocks that things tended to go wrong, although he'd also had instances where he couldn't even make it that far due to an odd lack of time.
Not that he had much in the way of goals tonight. He wanted to get Lightning's sword back to her and see if he could patch things up between them even a little bit, but beyond that he wasn't so sure. He had a weapon that suited him, which was a great first step, but now he needed to figure out where he should be heading next.
One step at a time, though. He had the whole night open to him and he might even have a chance of seeing Tifa, since she and Lightning were roommates. It was always good to see a familiar face, especially since those seemed to be in short supply lately.
His chances of that would be higher if he got there quickly, though, and so Zack didn't delay in striding down the hall toward the main area.
