Thanks for the hugs. Yeah, there was no actual injury, stranding, loss of finances, etc., so I consider it to be really little more than annoyance at this point. But we're making plans for the reschedule, so that's keeping us positive. :)

Much sympathy. I'm contemplating the snow predicted for tomorrow and my ice-coated condo complex driveway, and wondering if I'm going to make it the ten miles to my friend's house for Thanksgiving dinner. Guess I'll wait and see what things look like in the morning.

Huh -- interesting the cold is getting that far south. Mom says that there hasn't been snow on the ground this early in Southern Oregon in a hundred years (my bro looked it up). And here in North Idaho were at a thrilling 11F and likely to go subzero later tonight (not unheard of, but not usually this early in the year).
