LOS ANGELES, California --

Johnny Ramone(John Cummings), co-founder and lead guitarist of the band that helped to lead the punk revolution died Wednesday in his sleep surrounded by friends and family. Ramone, who has been inflicted by prostate cancer over the past few years, will be cremated in a private ceremony.
