I was lucky enough to have seen this movie in the theater when it was released. It was one of the those things that articulated what I felt at the time: that something was terribly wrong but I didn't know exactly what. Ah yeas. One of my favorite movies. I think I was lucky enough to see it in the theatre as well since I was on the huge Christian Slater bandwagon back then. It is actually quite brilliant and you get to see the ever present Seth Green in it as well.

That movie shaped my teenage years so much, it was almost bad. I don't know how many times I watched it! We often watches "Breakfast Club"and that one back to back! <3

I *love* that movie!!

It was kind of hysterical, though -- I hadn't expected it to be quite so racy (I was expecting more of a John Hughes movie), so I went with my mother and my 11-year-old brother, and started sinking down into my seat during the first scene or so. OMFG. I thought I was never going to be allowed out of the house ever again! o___0

I finally let Kira watch it about a year ago, hehe ;)
