Drabble - The End

Jul 02, 2006 21:10

Okay, this is the last drabble; as Sherlock Holmes remarked, the mark of a true artiste is knowing when to stop. I will miss the series, who knows, I may start again with another thread in the near future. This is an ambiguous ending I think, I hope! This is for anyone who has read and enjoyed.

He can’t sleep. He can’t eat. When he looks into the mirror there is no one there. He has disappeared. He tries to talk to his Master but it culminates in him back on the floor, gagged and bound.

His Master has a lot on his plate at the moment and doesn’t need his boy asking impertinent questions; thinking that it’s a cry for attention, his cuts his slave, smearing his initials all over their skin.

Now the beaten and defeated boy is lying in a warm bath, the water caressing his cold skin. There are teeth marks, bruises and cuts decorating his body. None however, are as stark as the gouges in his wrists, where his life’s blood is draining away.
