Annoying eBay dealer

I was surfing around on eBay and saw a photo that I liked. It was a group photo of 19th century or early 20th century missionaries, and the people's names are inked in the margin. Unfortunately, the dealer didn't transcribe the names in the auction, and the scan was too small to be able to read them directly from the image. So, I sent the guy some

*Sigh* There are a LOT of eBay dealers who are kind of useless like that. I can't understand how they stay in business with that sort of attitude.
