Read a great book this weekend - The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time. The main character has Asperger's Syndrome and it's quite interesting to see him interact with the world without all the pretense and emotional baggage. . . with this character, the internal dialog is not hidden. Finished Huxley's Brave New World recently . . . an interesting, if somewhat atypical concept of a dystopian world (this link gives a pretty good overall synopsis of the novel as a whole).

It's not quite the dystopian world we've come to associate with the likes of 1984, though it certainly has common elements with Equilibirium and THX 1138
