I may have started to read Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy fic. FYI: this was an amazing film. If you're in the UK, go and see it. If you're in the US go and see it when it's released in December. Even if you don't like/are obsessed with Cumberbatch, it is a fantastic piece of filmmaking. Very tense throughout with excellent acting from everyone involved ( Read more... )

I listened to Simon Mayo's Film Reviews podcast where they had Gary Oldman on to talk about it. I have to wait until December to see it??? I'm ready to go now!!

I can't believe it was released so much earlier in the UK. That almost never happens with bigger films like this. It is definitely worth the wait, though.

I haven't read the book yet, so it will give me time. I hear there is canon gay. Does it make it into the film? I don't want to get my hopes up.

There is canon gay in the film! At least two direct references, with many more implied. Or that I saw through my slash goggles.

But there is one canon gay relationship. Which I am now searching for fic of...
