Leon had little trouble getting to the place, which was good, since he could use that same route to get her back to Pete's. He did a quick jaunt around the block once he'd found the place, just to be sure there wasn't any surprises waiting.

When he came back to her building, he came out of the alley immediately beside it, having just hopped the fence from the other side of the block. He looked positively exhilarated, despite the large bandage on his right hand. He'd been forced to strap all of his gear on the opposite side and do a little practicing with it so that using his left felt more natural. He supposed it wasn't too bad of a thing. Focusing on the fundamentals never hurt anyone, right? He stuck to his pistol and his shotgun for the moment, and if crabs showed up, he only intended to suppress them long enough to be able to escape.

He grinned at her when he approached. "You must be Maureen," he began.

Maureen had started humming to herself to keep from being too bored. With the city so empty, it wasn't like she could people watch or anything... But the voice snapped her out of her daze. She smiled up at the man. He had a boyish face, but really was cute.

She eyed the guns strapped to him, then the bandage on his hand. He was already proving to be interesting and well worth the wait. "The one and only, babe. I... I'm afraid I never caught your name, though..."

She stood from her spot and dusted off her leather pants before glancing back at him with a slight smirk. He was definitely cute, she'd give him points for that at least.

"Leon S. Kennedy," he replied. Damn, was he having the luck around here or what? Maybe some new company would be just as good a break from being glared at around Pete's as he thought it would be.

"I'd say that your chariot awaits, but we'll have to hoof it back to Gramercy Park," he told her. He took the opportunity to give her a good once-over as well. He didn't think anyone wore leather pants like that anymore, but he can't say he was disappointed to see a good looking woman in them again.

"It's nice to meet you, Leaon," Maureen grinned. She shrugged her shoulders as he mentioned having to walk back to the bar. "Don't sweat it, babe."

His glance over her hadn't gone unnoticed, but the performance artist didn't say a thing. Instead, she smirked and glanced over him once more. She reached out and trailed her fingers along his bandaged hand. "What happened?" she cooed, grabbing his hand gently and bringing it up so she could inspect it even more.

As one hand held it up, the other traced lightly over.
