His wounds from the previous battle smarted, but Marluxia, being of the opinion that the last few days had gone surprisingly well, all things considered, had been out to scope out the residence of Harry Dresden--he had to get his revenge somehow, after all. Even if he currently only had one eye to see out of, the other covered in bandages.

His day was about to get much, much worse, though.

He did a doubletake, spotting the familiar blue hair, long, ragged...and couldn't master himself enough not to spit out a particularly vile-sounding "Fuck!"

It seemed that Saix didn't have to go far before he came across something--or rather, someone--worthwhile. In a sense. The pink hair was unmistakable, even from a distance and he picked up his pace just in case the other Nobody decided to try and slip away; Saix wouldn't have minded a good chase, but it would be easier if he just stayed put.

"Eloquent as ever," he said as he got closer, a small part of him vaugely pleased by the initial reaction. "I'd read that you were around, Marluxia, but I didn't think to find you in such a sorry state." The loss of an eye--whether permanent or not, Saix couldn't tell--was immediately visible and he gave the taller Nobody a glancing once-over for any other outward signs of injury. Just in case.

"You're one to talk," Marluxia said and couldn't keep the sneer out of his voice. He didn't turn and run, but instead turned to face him in full--he'd rather die before showing weakness in front of Saix. The patching over his eye notwithstanding, though, he doubted the other man could tell how bruised he was underneath the coat, or that there was a fracture in his left wrist. "When did you get here?" He asked, looking down his nose at Saix.

No, Saix couldn't discern any other injuries aside from the eye, but he found it hard to believe that someone would receive a wound like that and not have anything else to show for it. He watched the other move with deliberate attention, paying attention to any limps or favoring and making no attempt to hide the scrutiny. He circled off to one side before coming to a stop, forcing Marluxia to keep turning as well if he wanted to remain facing him.

"Two days ago, and it seems I missed the entertainment." He crossed his arms and met those blue eyes without hesitation. His opinion of the other Nobody had never been terribly high, but he left the holier-than-thou snobbery to those better suited for it. "I have questions that need answers."
