The young man was definitely not pleased to see her, she could tell, but silly little things like that had never hindered her before. It would do him some good to get out of whatever basement he'd been living in until now. Not that it really mattered.
Her eyes moved to the coffee shop's worker, and she tilted her head toward the counter. "Not going to buy anything, or am I not worth your while to sit through one little cup of tea?"

Larxene's smile faded into a tiny bit of a pout, and she let out a slightly insulted sigh. "I'm here to have tea, dear, and to catch up on what you've been doing with yourself hidden away in some closet. Besides," she added, "I'm in no hurry at all to get back."
To exaggerate her point just enough, she took a small, slow sip of her tea. If he wanted to start the conversation so badly, he could do so. It was good tea. She planned to finish it as slowly as possible without it turning into a popsicle.
