ALSO the mod seems to have disappeared, her journal hasn't been updated in ages. so, my question is, if i were to create a community similar to this one, that would actually be updated and stuff, would anyone be interested in joining?
I was wondering, is it better to exercise for an hour seven days a week or is it better to take one rest day? I usually do one hour of Tae-Bo every day but then I'm afraid i might be doing too much strain to my body
