Left a comment with your significant other lovey. I hate to say it, but this portion of the bill, while troubling, is not all that far from what is being done already under Medicare and Medicaid.

I agree that there is a lot of negative impact implicit here but the bill is not clear as to what will be the impact on confidentiality, which, by the way is a great deal more flexible than you think unfortunately.
