I'm currently sitting at my grandparents' place in Florida. I left really early thursday morning with the rest of my family and we all drove down for my grandfather's memorial. I just got the news I was dreading, but expecting to come. He passed away this afternoon.

My grandfather is currently losing his battle with cancer. He hasn't lost it yet, but right now, it seems he is very close to the end. Any thought/prayer/vibe/whatever will be appreciated.

My car's brakes are now shot. I may not know all there is to know about cars, especially the brakes, but I know when I can take the pedal all the way down to the floor with minimal stopping power from the brakes, I know there's something very wrong.
